Wooh! I found you last year on here, and a few months ago, i bought Sang Royal 2, mistaking it for the first Book. (and btw, i really liked the second one; the first page i had read of it is the panel where Alvar and Sambra are meeting again after 9 months, speaking 'are you still my father, am I still your daughter?' 'I've never been your father, and you're my wife.' 'By becoming your wife, i lost my beauty'. ) I thought that you were asian, because the style you used and the name of the author, thinking, by the way you drew women and occidental kings, you were probably a men; maybe someone who never did a comic before but rather illustrations. I knew that i was familiar with the style, cause it is (at least something i noticed) rather a style used in Asia rather than Europe, Africa or America. But i was really not thinking it was you, here on deviantart...! that was quite a surprise...! x) I showed the book to some friends that were drawing as well, and anyone was amazed by the quality of your pictures, each one looking more like a sketched painting rather than a comic panel quality, which was very impressive, especially the use of colours. Then, one of these friends of mine bought the first book, and told me to do so as well, and so I did. It was even more surprising and astonishing how you improved from one book to the other. I don't know how many times have flow between the two of them, but it didn't seem so much, and nevertheless; the improvement is indeed obvious and even shocking lol. Well, anyway, i think i'm going back to take a look at your gallery soon, so i can try to understand your pictures better. Now that i linked the two things, i really can't understand why i haven't thought of you before...!
congratulations for the books; and i wish you all the best for your artistic career. And that's good that you bring the Monkey king (i can't type it in chinese even if i know how it is called... [Suen-wu-khong]) to 'modern' people again, that was part of my childhood.
